🍕 Pizza Mia, a Bellefonte-based pizzeria, has announced plans to restart its downtown State College location in the second half of 2024. The pizzeria will be located in ōLiv State College, a new 12-story building currently under construction at the intersection of East College Avenue and Hetzel Street. Pizza Mia previously operated in a building at the same location from 2016 to 2021 before that building was sold and demolished to make way for the new high-rise. The new building will feature two commercial floors and ten floors of mostly student apartments. Pizza Mia, which originally opened in Bellefonte in 2003, is now hiring for both its Bellefonte and upcoming State College locations. [StateCollege.com]
