Bellefonte couple accused of selling meth out of their apartment

Spring Township police arrested Terry L. Miller and Cindy A. Young on allegations of distributing methamphetamine from their Bellefonte apartment.
After several undercover purchases in August and September, Miller was initially charged and released on the condition of cooperation, which he failed to fulfill.
Further controlled buys led to the arrest of both Miller and Young, with authorities seizing $14,000 and drugs valued at $7,500.
Miller faces multiple felony and misdemeanor charges, including intent to deliver and possession.
Young is similarly charged with felony intent to deliver, criminal use of communication, and possession.
Both are currently detained at the Centre County Correction Facility awaiting a preliminary hearing set for November 15.
